This tool is the best way to cover the upper front corners of clamshell-box trays. No little tongue necessary. The diagonal edge miters the corner for the small flap and the straight edge covers the wall all the way down to the bottom of the tray. The tools come in a wide range to accommodate single and double walled boxes: 110” (2.8mm), .130” (3.3mm), .150” (3.8mm), .200” (5mm), .240” (6mm), .280”(7mm). Use the tool that is .030” over the board thickness. The cutting length is 5". This cut was first shown to me by John DeMerritt. Laser-cut stainless steel.
